I was asked what type of oil i wanted..The hrv by warranty only gets full syn or it voids the warranty,, after we left before driving a mile down rt 13 out tire light came on. we went to carman ford where my husbands truck is from and as a free service they looked at the tires..every tire was overinflated by at least 10lbs of the recommendation by honda based on the suspension..

The management Team could have provided assistance to the sole individual changing the oil of all vehicles covering three (3) Service Bays. Also, once the individual encounter issue with completing my service, it took over 30 minutes to correct the problem. 1 hr. and 45 mins is way to long for a 30 min oil change.

As soon as I arrived a staff member stated that the shop was short-handed. I waited 1 hour before I was brought into the bay for service. The staff told me what services that I needed and/or recommended. Where I am concerned was the comments that were made on the receipt but I was not advised of them at the time.i.e., Skid Plate Damaged/Loose upon arrival; engine oil leak noted; transmission fluid leak noted. First of all, I am not sure what the skid plate is nor was I advised that it was loose or damaged. I was not advised of the engine oil leak or transmission fluid leak. The first time that I brought this car in for service, there was an engine oil leak that I had repaired. Was this an old comment or something new? If I am not aware of problems then I cannot address them.

Other than the long wait to be serviced and the amount of time it took in 100 degree weather I was satisfied. The staff was vet pleasant which was nice.

I waited two hours to get my oil changed. There has to be a better way to put people in line. There were five cars that came in after me that got serviced and were gone before I ever got into the bay.
