    11:15 PM in the night! Standing at a Statiq charging station in Alwar & happily charging my car :)What’s so happy about it?Well, the Statiq charger did not work in the start & it was my first time when i faced an issue in charging with Statiq All Thanks to @anurag choubey & @mansi who helped me problem solve & turned out to be successful. & that’s the happiness:) seeing my car charge because i take it on long routes trusting StatiqAksh*t Bansal glad about the extra-ordinary customer support you have built.2 feedbacks from my side.1. To customer support Anurag, i had to tell him that “maine 1 year se app use nahi kari hai” which was the reason why charging wasn’t being initiated. Why is he not enabled to check this in system if this a primary reason for charging?2. Statiq App usage was extremely tough today & it was a loop from which i could not come out. All i could do was Customer Support which is surely the USP of Statiq :)Have shared my app usage screen recording with Anurag for you guys to improve upon :)But again! Thanks Statiq your customer support is unmatchable :)

    Hi Grab , How transaction is reflecting in card statement as T-1 i.e there is a transaction on 26th In my Grab however in card issuing side it shows 25th, though same time zone. Awaiting for feedback.
