The work is as varied as our projects and will include budgeting, scheduling, planning, fabrication, shipping logistics, and quality control.As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:*Responsibilities:** Working in partnership with the Sales team to ensure that the project needs, and requirements of the client are determined and executed.* Lead the project lifecycle, from the approved design, to fabrication, and shipping, to the completed installation.* Establish critical paths and key milestones using Team Gantt and Excel.* Prepare and review costs for projects.* Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.* Review shop and installation drawings provided by the Production Manager* Order all required material for the successful execution of a project* Track project costs throughout the project and prepares post-project reports* Travel for onsite supervision, installation, and supplier/vendor management as required*Qualifications:** Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials* Knowledge of scheduling software (Team Gantt, Microsoft Project, etc.)* Knowledge of MS Office software* Knowledge of graphics and large-format print production* Knowledge of crating and packaging and shipping logistics* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English ? verbal and written* Skilled in negotiations and time management*Other Desirable Attributes:** You take ownership and pride in the organization of your work.* You are curious, resourceful and solution focused.* You have fun when challenged to grow!We thank you for your interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
